We begin here - not with leaving the body, but with learning how to stabilise awareness as the body falls asleep. Without this foundation, nothing that follows is real or repeatable.

This work is always voluntary.
You are never meant to push, strain, or override your body.
Awareness opens doors through stillness, not effort.
